Housekeeping Inspection Schedule

Housekeeping inspections are performed:

Performed during monthly pest control.

Specific dates will be posted in the BHA Gazette prior to inspections. Please be sure to read the Gazette monthly for these and other official notices.

Freezing Weather & Your HVAC System:

During times when the weather outside reaches 33 degrees or below, it is a good idea to switch your heat to Emergency/Auxiliary type heat in your apartment. This can be done by going to your thermostat and pushing the "Mode" button until the Emergency/Auxiliary setting is chosen. This will shut off your outside unit and run the heat strips located inside the apartment. Doing this will keep the outside unit from freezing up and possibly damaging the unit. Be sure to switch back to regular heat once temperatures have risen above freezing! If you have any questions about the performance of this operation please contact our office.

I am thankful for a lawn that needs mowing, windows that need cleaning and gutters that need fixing because it means I have a home.... I am thankful for the piles of laundry and ironing because it means my loved ones are nearby.  ~Nancie J. Carmody
